I had contacted this company last year to explore enclosing the patio/deck for our cats. We had an aluminum awning that I hated since moving into this house and when it started leaking consulted various companies. No one would touch it. Then it started leaking this winter/spring, I remembered the consult that we got from PrimeTop and asked them to replace the awning with something that would not seem so dark. It was suggested that we install windows/skylights at strategic points in the awning. The whole job took 2 days, with the staff coming 3x to verify the job site and measurements before drawing up the plans. I am very pleased with the end product and recommend their work to others, as they did what they said they would; did not try to get me to replace things that didn't need it; answered my questions as needed, and did a quality professional job.

Professional approach to all aspects of this job that is hard to come by this day and age. Carport addition was built to spec and looked better than I expected. Minor adjustment was quickly remedied. A pleasure to deal with!

One of the reasons we chose Primetop over the other companies was their drawing approval process. It wasn't a hand drawn sketch, but a proper CAD drawing to scale.
